My plan is to lose 30lbs by March 30,2009. This resolution will go hand in hand with the elimination of sugar. My plan is eat less pastry and more vegetable, fresh fruits and take in more fiber. Drinking 8-10 ozs of water daily will help in reducing the weight. Another tip I picked up from a nutritionist is drinking two glasses of water first thing in the morning and drinking one glass before each meal, this will reduce the amount of food you eat in that meal.

The long fibers inside of the beans will make you feel full for long period of time. This can get rid of dibeties and that is certainly going to make you lose your pounds.

Don’t eat sugar. Sugar makes your immune system slow and it’s easier for a cold or flu to sneak into your system. Many people have reported feeling healthier after they cut out sugar-especially refined sugar. Sugary drinks can be comforting when we don’t feel well but plain water is better for our health.
